Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the subscription/service period.
Charges for utilized services, applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, and other applicable deductions shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund requests must be submitted through the registered support email during the active validity period of the subscription.
No refund request shall be entertained after the expiry/completion of the subscription validity period.
Refunds, if approved, shall generally be processed within 5-7 working days.
